This course was developed by three OCD specialists with personal experience of OCD and in collaboration with I-CBT co-founder, Dr. Frederick Aardema. In this course, you will learn the main concepts of I-CBT and how they are applied to OCD. All 12 modules of I-CBT are discussed with various examples of how to apply it to OCD. You will also have access to worksheets to fill out as you go through the course. The course is delivered in video format with lots of visuals to help support your learning. The course runs approximately 4 hours long and is cut into smaller video segments for each module for easy review.
We offer an I-CBT Supplemental Workbook that you can purchase that contains even more worksheets and graphics, but it is not necessary to completing this Self Help course and is meant as a continued layer of learning. For some it may be a helpful addition alongside the course or after completing it.
