This course describes the similarities and differences between two often misunderstood conditions: Perinatal OCD and Postpartum Psychosis.  

Objectives

• Explain at least two ways Perinatal OCD and Postpartum Psychosis differ.

• Apply knowledge of Perinatal OCD and Postpartum Psychosis to case conceptualization.

• Explain the inferential confusion process. 

• Describe at least one evidence-based treatment for Perinatal OCD and one evidence-based treatment for Postpartum Psychosis.
